証明書に載る健康診断項目 Items to be Described on the Certificate	詳細 Detailed Explanation
受診日 Day of examination	健康診断を受けた日。再検査を受けた場合は、再検査実施日が載ります。 The date of the health examination should be provided. If a re-examination was conducted, the date of re-examination is to be specified.
身長・体重 Height・Weight	-
血圧 Blood Pressure	再検査を受けた場合は、再検査の数値が載ります。 If a blood pressure re-measurement was conducted, the values recorded during the re-measurement are to be described.
胸部検査 Chest Examination	胸部検査とは、胸部X線検査のこと。再検査（精密検査）を受けた場合は、CTやMRIなどの結果が載ります。 Chest examination refers to chest X-ray examination. If a re-examination (detailed examination) was performed, the results of the chest computed tomography (CT) scan, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), or other related procedures are to be described.
